Assalamu Alaikum

Layan Online School was born from a personal dream — a vision sparked by the birth of my first granddaughter, Layan. Like any parent or grandparent, I wanted the best for her: a strong academic foundation, a love for learning, and a character shaped by compassion, integrity, and purpose.

But in today’s fast-changing world, I noticed a gap. While education systems race forward with technology and global trends, the subtle, timeless values that shape who we are often get left behind. I wanted to create a school that bridges both worlds — where academic excellence meets heart-centered learning.

Layan Online School is our response to that vision.

We follow the British Curriculum through an inquiry-based approach inspired by the International Baccalaureate (IB), ensuring our students are curious thinkers and confident communicators. But what truly makes us different is our quiet commitment to values rooted in the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ — compassion, honesty, diligence, and respect for others.

This isn’t an Islamic school in the traditional sense, and we welcome families of all backgrounds. But we do believe in nurturing character alongside intellect. We believe education should not just prepare children for exams, but for life — and beyond.

Whether you’re a parent seeking a values-driven education, an expat looking for consistency, or simply someone who believes in meaningful learning, we invite you to be part of this journey.
